Welcome
I am Dr. Lottie Millett, a Clinical Psychologist with over a decade of experience treating both young people and adults experiencing mental health challenges. I trained at University College London and have extensive NHS clinical experience, particularly focusing on depression, anxiety, and complex trauma. My practice offers a safe, confidential space where you can explore your concerns and work towards meaningful change through collaborative, evidence-based therapy tailored to your individual needs.
I recognize how past experiences shape present circumstances and consider contextual factors including ethnicity, disability, sexuality, and gender. I have specific experience working with autistic individuals and adapt my therapeutic approach accordingly.

Therapeutic Approaches
I employ an integrative practice, combining multiple evidence-based modalities tailored to your individual needs:
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Including trauma-focused variants to help identify and modify unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors.
- Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) Developing self-compassion and understanding to address shame, self-criticism, and emotional difficulties.

- Schema Therapy Exploring and transforming long-standing patterns that may be affecting your relationships and wellbeing.
